We confirm all bookings within 2 hours during business hours.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Our products are:

  • Biodegradable and plant-based
  • Free from harsh chemicals
  • Safe for children and pets
  • Effective at removing dirt and stains

If you have specific product preferences or allergies, let us know when booking.

It's entirely up to you! Many clients prefer to leave us a key or access code and return to a clean home. For first-time bookings, we recommend being present for the first clean so you can show us around and point out any specific areas of focus.

If you'll be away, please provide clear access instructions and confirm how to secure your property afterward.

Clean times vary based on property size and cleaning type:

  • Studio/1-bed apartment: 1-1.5 hours (standard), 2-3 hours (deep)
  • 2-bed apartment: 1.5-2 hours (standard), 3-4 hours (deep)
  • 3-bed house: 2-3 hours (standard), 4-5 hours (deep)
  • 4-bed house: 3-4 hours (standard), 5-6 hours (deep)

End of tenancy cleans typically take 20-50% longer than standard deep cleans due to the comprehensive nature of the work.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the service
  • We'll arrange a re-clean at no extra cost
  • We stay until you're satisfied

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee – we won't rest until your space is spotless.

Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products. This includes:

  • Vacuum cleaner (cordless, quiet models)
  • Mops and cleaning solutions
  • Microfibre cloths and dusters
  • All cleaning products

Just provide access to water and electricity, and we'll handle the rest.

Absolutely! We understand that consistency builds trust. When you book a recurring service, we'll do our best to send the same cleaner. This means:

  • Familiarity with your home and preferences
  • Consistent quality of service
  • No need to explain things repeatedly

Note: For occasional one-off cleans, we may assign the most suitable available cleaner.

We treat your keys with the utmost security. Our key handling protocol:

  • Keys are coded and stored securely
  • Only your assigned cleaner has access
  • Keys are never labelled with your address
  • We can arrange key pick-up/drop-off via secure methods

We also accept smart lock codes, keyafes, and other secure access methods.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (before or after service)
  • Cash (upon service completion)
  • Card payments (coming soon)

For first-time clients, we typically request payment after the service is complete and you're satisfied.

Yes! We offer discounts for recurring cleaning schedules:

  • Weekly cleans: 15% discount
  • Fortnightly cleans: 10% discount
  • Monthly cleans: 5% discount

Discounts are automatically applied when you select a recurring frequency in our booking form.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy:

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge, free reschedule
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of service fee
  • Less than 24 hours: Full service fee applies

Insurance coverage is currently in development and will be available soon. In the meantime:

  • All cleaners are vetted and background checked
  • We have public liability coverage for our operations
  • Your property is treated with care and respect
