1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking: A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us. We aim to confirm all bookings within 2 hours during business hours.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash. For first-time clients, we may require payment before the service.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee, free reschedule
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% of service fee charged
  • Less than 24 hours: Full service fee charged

4. Service Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

5. Pricing and Quotes

Quotes provided through our website are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the property. We will always inform you of any price changes before proceeding. Recurring service discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate property and contact information
  • Ensure safe access to the property
  • Inform us of any specific requirements or concerns in advance
  • Supervise pets during cleaning (or secure them safely)
  • Secure valuable items before our arrival

7. Liability

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. In the rare event of damage caused by our negligence, we will arrange repair or compensation up to the value of the service fee. We cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in unsafe conditions.

8. Keys and Access

If you provide keys, they are handled at your own risk. We code keys for identification and store them securely. We cannot be liable for key loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.

9. Eco-Friendly Products

We use eco-friendly cleaning products. While these are safe for most situations, please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before service. We are not liable for reactions to cleaning products beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior towards staff
  • Non-payment for services
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Repeated cancellation with less than 24 hours notice

11. Force Majeure

We cannot be held liable for service delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of OTH – Cleaning Services and protected by copyright. You may not use our content without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ireland.
